Favorite Special Occasion Dishes

We all have favorite dishes we like to serve for special occasions.  Since New Years is tomorrow if you’re still on the fence what to prepare here are some that I think you’ll enjoy! 

Salmon Roulade with Cilantro Pesto over Gazpacho Salsa – This recipe I created years ago as you can see from the video.  I did this recipe for a local tv station who wanted a recipe for Passover & Easter, but would be ideal for any occasion.

Perfect Herb Crusted Roast Prime Rib of Beef – this stunning and luscious dish requires a simple coating then pop in the oven and leave it alone until it’s done.  OMG, if you’re a meat lover you’ll love this! Don’t forget to check out the How To video for my Prime Rib!

Fusilli Pasta with Roasted Vegetables – this simple and elegant dish is ideal for the vegetarian or vegan (leave off the parmesan).  Served with a salad you’ll have a meal that will satisfy anyone.  

Grilled Lamb Chops with a Fresh Mint Sauce – if you’re a lamb lover these chops are so refreshing you’ll want to get every last bit off the bones.  Quick to prepare for any occasion or day of the week!

Salmon in Red Wine Sauce – I love salmon and most people who aren’t fish lovers enjoy salmon.  Another simple and elegant dish that comes together quickly.  The Red Wine Sauce is so tasty you won’t want to leave a drop. Don’t forget to watch the video as well!
