Happy 4th of July!

Believe it or not I’m in the mountains right now where the clouds have recently rolled in and the temperature is in the 50s. Since we were all feeling a bit chilly I decided to make some chili.

I know you’re thinking, “what no bbq?” But no we are just relaxing this evening after a day of biking and will snuggle up to a warm bowl of chili.

  2. Happy 4th of July Holiday to you and yours. Nice weather here-approx 72 degrees. Thought I would weigh in on your offer. Grilled burgers American style including caramelized onions on toasted whole wheat buns. Tomato, basil, mozzerella & spinich salad dressed with balsamic honey mustard. Tastey! Also Buttermilk pound cake with macerated strawberries optional vanilla ice cream.
