Torta Rustica
Today I made a Torta Rustica in preparation for a vegetarian class I’m working on. It was delcious but I think I still need to tweek a few things.

I’m not Vegetarian, but I do enjoy a nice veggie meal every now and again…depending on the ingredients.
What type of veggies do you like?
We enjoy vegetarian dishes! Eggplant, tomatoes, zucchini, spinach, you name it, we probably like it 🙂

The photo above is how it turned out. I think I would prefer it with a little less garlic. Otherwise, it was delicious and of course was gone in no time in spite of the garlic!
